Customer Service Temporary Closure
On Friday, October 17, 2025, the information booths located in the transit centers will be closed for the day. Public access to administrative facilities (Lost & Found, etc.) will be closed from 11 AM to approximately 2:30 PM. The Customer Service Call Center will temporarily close from 12:00 noon until approximately 2:30 PM. Tickets may be purchased from the ticket vending machines in the transit center lobbies. Route information and schedules are always available online at gohrt.com.
