Customer Service Temporary Closure
On Thursday, August 1, transit center information booths and the lobbies of the administration offices will temporarily close from 10:00 AM until approximately 2:30 PM. The Customer Service Call Center will temporarily close from 10:45 AM until approximately 2:00 PM. Tickets may be purchased from the ticket vending machines in the transit center lobbies. Route information and schedules are available online at gohrt.com.
Route 13: Stop Service Adjustment
Due to ongoing construction, the Route 13 inbound will be unable to service stop 0863 Campostella & Arlington until further notice.
Norfolk State Light Rail Station West Side Stairwell Out of Service
At the Norfolk State Light Rail Station, the west side stairwell (side closest to the bus shelters) is out of service until further notice. Please use the west side elevator to access the Light Rail platform.
