The interactive voice response (IVR) system is available 24 hours a day. The IVR provides general information as well as the next three bus stop arrival/departure times in real time. Just call (757) 222-6100 and follow the prompts.

Lost & Found
Contact Customer Service.
HRT is not responsible for items left on HRT properties or vehicles. Except for perishable items, which are discarded immediately, most unclaimed items are kept for a maximum of 10 days. Some unclaimed items are held longer, and must be forwarded to the State of Virginia. For assistance with those items, contact the Virginia Department of the Treasury.
