Lost & Found
Contact Customer Service.
HRT is not responsible for items left on HRT properties or vehicles. Except for perishable items, which are discarded immediately, most unclaimed items are kept for a maximum of 10 days. Some unclaimed items are held longer, and must be forwarded to the State of Virginia. For assistance with those items, contact the Virginia Department of the Treasury.
