Language interpreter support is available to Limited English Proficiency (LEP) customers during customer service hours, 365 days a year. Support includes (but is not limited to) the following languages:
Access a Language Interpreter
Call (757) 222-6100 and say, “Customer Service.”
Do not speak to the automated system after saying “Customer Service.”
Simply stay on the line and you will be connected to a live customer service representative.
Tell the customer service representative that you request the assistance of a language interpreter.
