Elizabeth River Ferry Temporary Shuttle
Due to high winds, the Elizabeth River Ferry service between Norfolk and Portsmouth has been temporarily suspended until further notice. Buses will be dispatched to provide transport between Norfolk and Portsmouth. Passengers can board/disembark the shuttle bus in downtown Norfolk at the covered valet area at the front entrance of the Waterside District and in Portsmouth at North Landing and High Street ferry docks
(Update 10:20 AM) Due to a blockage near Water St. High St. customers will board/disembark at Crawford & County St.
