Elizabeth River Ferry Temporary Shuttle

Due to the high tide, the Elizabeth River Ferry service between Norfolk and Portsmouth has been temporarily suspended until the tide subsides. Buses will be dispatched to provide transport between Norfolk and Portsmouth.  Passengers can board/alight the shuttle bus in downtown Norfolk in front of Waterside District and in Portsmouth at North Landing and High Street ferry docks.
