Routes 115 & 961: Hampton Blackbeard Festival

Eaton Street will be closed due to the Blackbeard Pirate Festival, May 30-June 1, 2025, at Mill Point Park in Downtown Hampton. Routes 115 and 961 will detour starting at 2:00 PM, Friday, May 30, until end of business Sunday, June 1. Passengers should also expect delays with routes going to or near the Hampton Transit Center due to increased traffic.
