Portsmouth Umoja Festival Detour

The annual Portsmouth Umoja Festival will take place at the Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion  Friday, May 22, through Sunday, May 24, 2026. Portions of Bart Street and Crawford Circle will be closed to traffic.  The Routes 41, 45, 47, 50, and 980 will detour. Customers should expect delays due to increased traffic.
