Hampton Blvd Resurfacing

Starting Monday, April 21 through approximately June 30, the City of Norfolk will conduct overnight resurfacing of Hampton Blvd between Little Creek Road and Ellyson St from 6 PM to 5 AM, Sunday-Thursday. This project will result in intermittent traffic stoppages and alternating lane closures. Customers should anticipate delays on Routes 2 and 21, and there will be periods when bus stops in the impacted area will be unserviceable.
