Snow Routes Activated Monday February 2Base Express Snow Route Service
On Monday, February 2, Hampton Roads Transit will operate in accordance with its Snow Route Plan. However, the Naval Station Norfolk Base Express, typically out of service when snow routes are in effect, will operate every 30 minutes from 10 AM to 6 PM.
