NORFOLK, Va. — Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) is pleased to announce that authorities have given the all-clear following the investigation into the suspicious package. The building has been reopened and HRT is expected to resume normal operations.
HRT would like to thank the responding local and federal agencies for their prompt response to today’s incident.
