Language Interpreter Support

Language interpreter support is available to Limited English Proficiency (LEP) customers during customer service hours, 365 days a year. Support includes (but is not limited to) the following languages:

  • Spanish
  • French
  • Tagalog
  • Russian
  • Vietnamese
  • Italian
  • Creole
  • Mandarin
  • Korean
  • Portuguese

Access a Language Interpreter

  • Call (757) 222-6100 and say, “Customer Service.”
  • Do not speak to the automated system after saying “Customer Service.”
  • Simply stay on the line and you will be connected to a live customer service representative.
  • Tell the customer service representative that you request the assistance of a language interpreter.
