Virginia Beach Shamrock Marathon

The Virginia Beach Oceanfront will have numerous street closures, March 15-16, 2025, for the Shamrock Marathon, Half Marathon, and 8K. 

Saturday, March 15

Due to the Shamrock 8K, the Routes 33 and 960 will detour, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Customers should also expect delays with the Route 20 due to increased congestion.
