The Tide Light Rail: Temporary Service Interruption
From Monday, March 9, 2026, to Wednesday, March 11, 2026, Hampton Roads Transit will conduct nightly closures at the Colley Avenue light rail crossing. Each night at approximately 8:00 PM through the end of service, the Tide light rail will not operate between Fort Norfolk (EVMS) Station and York Street (Freemason) Station. Bus shuttles will be provided to ensure transportation for customers traveling to and from the impacted stations.
