Software Upgrade and Temporary Impacts

ATTENTION – VERY IMPORTANT

Starting on the morning of Saturday, February 22, 2025, Hampton Roads Transit will be conducting an upgrade of its bus tracking system. During this period, Customer Service representatives in the Call Center will not have the ability to provide minute-by-minute updates on bus locations. This process will impact the “My Stop” feature on GoHRT.com and third-party trackers such as Google Maps. There will also be limited or no highlighting of trip schedules on gohrt.com to indicate delays (yellow) or cancellations (red).  Route schedules in pamphlets and on gohrt.com will remain in effect. The upgrade is expected to be completed by Sunday, February 23, 2025.
