Routes 2 and 4: ODU Spring Commencement

Old Dominion University is holding Spring Commencement Exercises on Friday, May 9, and Saturday, May 10, 2025. Expect heavy traffic congestion in and around campus during these events. The Routes 2 and 4 will be affected as follows:

• Friday, May 9: ceremonies will begin at 6:00 PM
  • No routes will detour. Expect delays.

• Saturday, May 10: ceremonies will begin at 9:30 AM
  • The Route 4 will detour due to the closure of 49th Street at Hampton Boulevard. Expect delays with both routes.
