The Cutter 10K, Coast Guard 5K & The Sea Otter ¼-mile Dash Race will take place, in downtown Portsmouth, on Saturday, August 2, 2025. Due to road closures, the Portsmouth line up for Crawford and County will be moved to Bart Street and Court Street from 7:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The routes 41, 45, 47, 50, & 980 will detour .
