Newport News Southeast Community Day Parade

Effective Date: Sat, September 6, 2025

The City of Newport News will host the Southeast Community Day Parade on Saturday, September 6, 2025. From approximately 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM , the Routes 101, 103, 104, 105, and 112 will detour.

Route 112

Due to the parade and events, the 112 will be unable to provide service between the Newport News Transit Center and 6th and Ivy. Customers will need to board and disembark at the transit center until the end of the event.
