I.C. Norcom Homecoming Parade

Effective Date: Sat, November 1, 2025

The I.C. Norcom Homecoming Parade will take place along High Street on Saturday, November 1, 2025.  Due to road closures, the lineup for downtown Portsmouth will be moved to Wythe Street and Court Street (adjacent to the WAVY-10 building) from 6:00 AM until 12 noon. The routes 41, 45, 47, 50, and 980 will detour as follows:
