As of 9:00 AM, on Thursday, January 23, Hampton Roads Transit’s bus, light rail, ferry, Naval Station Norfolk Base Express, Paratransit and ridesharing services will resume regular service. Call center, transit centers, information booths and administrative facilities will also operate in accordance with their normal schedule.
