Abigail Spanberger Campaign Rally ODU
On Saturday, November 1, 2025, former president Barack Obama will attend a campaign rally for Abigail Spanberger at Chartway Arena on the campus of ODU. The event is scheduled 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM. The routes will not detour, but customers should expect delays with the Routes 2 and 4 due to increased traffic in the surrounding area.
