Mid-Atlantic Shrine Association Parade

The City of Virginia Beach will hold the Mid-Atlantic Shrine Association Parade at the oceanfront on Saturday, September 7, 2024. Atlantic Avenue will be closed between 9th Street and 29th Street, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM. The Route 30 will not run until after 1:00 PM. All other routes at the oceanfront will not be impacted, but customers should expect delays due to an increase in traffic.
