Chartway Norfolk Harbor 5K

The City of Norfolk is hosting its annual Norfolk Harbor 5K on Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 6:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Due to this event and setup for the Grand Illumination Parade,  Waterside Drive, Civic Plaza, MacArthur Station, and Bank and Plume will not be serviced by the Routes 6, 8, and 45 until after 10:00 PM. Patrons will need to board and disembark either at the Downtown Norfolk Transit Center or utilize the light rail to bypass impacted areas. Light Rail service will not be impacted.
