Route 3: First View Construction Detour

The City of Norfolk will close a portion of First View Street due to ongoing construction with the HRBT expansion project. Starting Thursday, January 26, 2023, the Route 3 will detour until further notice. Customers on 1st View will need to board/disembark this route at 1st View Street and Maple Ave or Maple Ave between 1st View and Osborne St.
