The Westbound elevator at the Norfolk State University light rail platform is back in service. The Eastbound elevator at the Norfolk State University light rail platform is temporarily out of service. Customers heading eastbound may still enter and exit the platform via the stairwell. ADA customers are directed to board/disembark at Harbor Park Station to meet with a shuttle to the NSU Station.
