Downtown Portsmouth Construction Delays

Starting on Monday, June 12, 2023, the City of Portsmouth will reduce traffic on Pavilion Drive, Bart Street, and Court Street to a single lane for approximately six months. The routes in downtown Portsmouth will not detour, but customers are advised to expect significant congestion related delays. Routes 41, 45, 50, and 980 will be particularly impacted. Also, due to the construction, stop 1551 Port Centre & Bart will not be serviced. Customers should plan ahead.
