18th St. Administration Building Lobby Change of Hours

Starting Monday, May 22, 2023, the public lobby at 509 E. 18th Street, HRT’s south side administration building, will be closed on Fridays until further notice. Regular hours of operation will be Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.  ID cards are also available for issue at the Downtown Norfolk Transit Center, 434 St. Paul’s Blvd., Norfolk, or the Hampton Transit Center, 2 W Pembroke Ave., Hampton.  Southside Lost & Found pickup on Fridays from the 18th St. lobby will be by appointment only.  Call 757 222-6100.
