The Operations & Oversight Committee considers proposals from HRT staff on the acquisition of goods and services. It also receives staff reports on system performance. The committee meets the second Thursday of each month, with the exceptions of November and December when it meets the first Thursday of the month. Meetings take place at alternating locations between the Norfolk administrative offices, 509 E. 18th St., Norfolk, and 3400 Victoria Blvd., Hampton.The following commissioners serve on the committee.
