Need to get around Downtown Portsmouth? The Loop will get you there. With shuttles running every 15 minutes during peak hours and every 30 minutes during off-peak hours, you are sure to get to and from anywhere in Downtown Portsmouth in no time for only $0.50.
Environmentally conscious? Don’t worry! Hampton Roads Transit will use two of its new hybrid electric buses to operate the Loop. These are among the first fuel-efficient public transit vehicle to be used in Hampton Roads and will soon replace HRT’s existing bus fleet.
**Military, Contractors ID or visitor pass is required for all passengers before entering the Naval Medical Center. A security check will take place at the Main Gate. Failure to comply will result in being denied access to the facility.
